Do not eat more than two eggs a day, it can be a heart attack

Eating eggs brings many benefits. Eggs are considered a good source of protein. An egg contains approximately 13 grams of protein. But recently a study has been published in the American Medical Association Journal of Eggs, which states that eating more than two eggs in one day can lead to heart related diseases.
Professor Catherine Tucker of Massachusetts Lonell University, USA, said that researchers studied the diet, health and lifestyle habits of nearly 30,000 adults in the United States for 31 years. They found that eating more eggs would result in cholesterol-related illnesses.
According to the US Department of Agriculture, 200 mg of cholesterol is found in one big egg. If a person consumes more than 300 milligrams of cholesterol in one day, it increases the risk of heart disease by 17%. Not only this, the risk of death increases by 18%.
Kathryn says that eggs should be avoided every day. One egg contains about 75 calories. If you eat three frozen eggs in a snack then you get about 225 calories, which can cause you obesity.

These people should not eat eggs
People who have high blood pressure, heart-related diseases and diabetes should avoid eating egg yellow because they have more authentic cholesterol. Excessive egg intake may also cause paralysis, impotence and pain in the legs.
